Service Techniker (m/w/d) Automation / Bühnensteuerung

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Service-Teams bist du erster technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden – remote oder vor Ort. Du arbeitest mit modernster Bühnen- und Antriebstechnik weltweit, unter anderem bei renommierten Opernhäusern und Theatern.

  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsdiagnose (Hotline, Ticketsystem, Logdaten)

  • Fernwartung & Störungsbehebung an SPS-basierten Steuerungen und elektrischen Anlagen

  • Durchführung und Dokumentation präventiver Wartungen & Systemtests

  • Umbauten und Komponententausch (remote & vor Ort)

  • Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen von Antriebstechnik

  • Begleitung von Software-Updates

  • Koordination von Einsätzen mit dem Servicekoordinator

  • Gelegentliche weltweite Einsätze zur Instandsetzung

  • Teilnahme an ca. 5 Wochen Rufbereitschaft/Jahr

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Elektronik oder Technische Informatik

  • Erfahrung mit SPS-Systemen (z. B. Siemens, Beckhoff oder proprietär)

  • Praxis in Service, Inbetriebnahme oder technischer Kundenbetreuung

  • Kenntnisse in elektrischer Sicherheit und ggf. funktionaler Sicherheit (wünschenswert: Veranstaltungstechnik)

  • Deutsch & Englisch mind. B2, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Kundenorientierung & Teamfähigkeit
